If they do not fit, and are unworn, damage and dirt free, you can post back the incorrect fitting boots (at your expense) and we will exchange them for the correct size and send back to you at our expense. They must be returned within 30 days of arrival.

Clean the lower leg so it is free of dirt/debris. Place the boot on the lower leg ensuring it is not high enough to rub against the knee. Secure the straps ensuring they are firm but not overly tight (it is okay if there is a slight gap or overlap on the outside of the boot.
Using a soft body or shoe brush, gently brush off the excess dirt or sand taking care not to damage the internal structure of the fabric. Fasten all straps ensuring the rough velcro is entirely covered and not touching any mesh. Cold machine wash by itself with a mild detergent. Hang to dry away from direct light or heat.
To prolong the life of your tendon boots, make sure you store them when they are fairly clean. Fasten all straps ensuring no rough velcro is exposed. Place into the carry bag received with the boots. Keep them in a clean, well-ventilated area so mould and dirt do not accumulate on the boot.
