Store Policy

Our refund and returns/store policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please reach out to the team at: hello@airstrideequine.com before returning your product. If they do not fit or you have changed your mind on colour, and the boots are unworn, damage and dirt free, you can post back the boots (at your expense) and we will exchange them for the desired size (or colour) and send back to you at our expense. They must be returned within 30 days of arrival. Our terms and conditions for Backorder Items apply in the same way, however the policy date will begin once your order is processed by our team.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via your original method of payment as soon as possible. This process may take up to 5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted or your refund may be rejected:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, dirty or worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase (60 days international)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check via your original payment method. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@airstrideequine.com Refunds with Product Retained If you have been refunded but product has been retained, your product is not subject to any warranty or replacement.
